Destiny Strickland

Hello, my name is Destiny Strickland welcome to my capstone.Today I will be informing you on how to have the perfect Building 21 bake sale! I decided to host a fundraiser for prom, I know the school typically has a hard time during our homecomings because we don't raise enough money. I pitched this idea to the staff and other community members and they all agreed it was a good idea. Soon after I asked my peers what they would like to have at the bake sale this way we could make a huge profit out of this fundraiser. Unfortunately, this idea was made last minute so it was a huge mess, as we get closer to the deadline it’s coming together slowly but surely. A lot of the snacks being sold are items we never sold at any other bake sales throughout the school year, so this one will be worth waiting the line! My goal for this event was to raise money for prom, unfortunately this is the first bake sale I’ve put together, I hope it’s a success and that up-coming students take this idea and make it better and fix things we didn’t see. The most important thing to do is to have fun and make it your own!
